DE·DI·TU is the creative studio of Deborah Turner — artist, designer, storyteller, and quiet observer of beauty.
It is a place where each stroke, each composition, each texture is intentionally crafted to hold emotion and atmosphere.
After studying Graphic Design and Illustration at Central Saint Martins, my creative path unfolded in ways I never quite expected. What began as hand-drawn sketches, quiet experiments, and wearable art slowly grew into a multi-discipline space where fine art, crafted textiles, editorial mockups, and refined design all live under one poetic roof.
DEDITU is where all my personal projects, creative curiosities, and design explorations come together — a place shaped by craft, intention, and a love of beautiful details.
A Studio Rooted in Story
Every collection begins with quiet noticing — wisteria in spring light, the soft curve of a petal, an antique ceramic bowl, the memory of warm Mediterranean afternoons, or the strength found in family, love, and lived experience.
My work has always been shaped by the idea that beauty can hold us — that design and art can be grounding, expressive, and a way of honouring the stories we carry.
From Wearable Art to Creative Tools
I first began creating art scarves, illustrated by hand and printed in small, carefully produced runs.
Over the years, the studio has expanded into:
